SAIMATRIX is also associated with the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) as a master trainer and consultant in training and development for its member hotels. In 2024, Dr. Balan Balasundram, founder of SAIMATRIX, was appointed as facilitator and training provider for ESG programs for MAH member hotels. This initiative, approved and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), aims to guide Malaysian hotels and resorts towards ESG certification and sustainable business practices.
